Fees and rebates

We welcome and accept all funding assistance, such as NDIS support, General Practitioner Medicare referrals and private health insurance. Speak to a friendly member of our team to discuss what funding may be available for your unique needs.

Private Health Insurance

We are equipped to complete on-the-spot private health insurance claims. Clients with rebates available only pay the gap amount, a quick and convenient way of claiming for your therapy session. Please contact your Private Health Insurance provider to ascertain the rebates available for Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Exercise Physiology.

Medicare

We can also process eligible Medicare rebates on the spot. Clients who are considered to have a chronic illness or injury (that has been assessed and or is being treated by a General Practitioner and or another medical specialist) may be eligible for rebates under the Medicare Enhanced Primary Care Program (EPC). Clients’ EPC Care Plan will cover part of the scheduled fee, and they will incur an out-of-pocket gap payment.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

Mobi Healthcare is a NDIS registered Allied Health practice, meaning NDIS participants can contact us and see one of our NDIS registered Allied Health professionals for therapy and management. Clients can use utilise their NDIS package regardless of whether they are NDIA managed, plan managed or self-managed.

My Aged Care Package

Clients can use their My Aged Care package for any of our allied health services. Get in touch with our admin team and we can discuss this with your current My Aged Care provider.
