For your first session, just come along in clothing that you feel comfortable in! Please also bring along any relevant documentation such as letters or reports.
No referral is needed to come and visit us at Mobi Healthcare. If you are an NDIS participant, please make sure you bring along your NDIS documentation to the first visit. We do recommend you letting your doctor know if you are planning to participate in our Group Classes to ensure that you have been screened for any precautions.

At Mobi Healthcare, we do provide the option of sessions at home or online (telehealth). Please see our Ways to See Us page for further details.

Please note that home visits do incur an additional travel fee on top of the session fee, which depends on your distance from us.

We do accept private health insurance and Medicare, however please note that you may incur an out-of-pocket gap payment. Please see our Fees and Rebates page for further details.

Yes – depending on the schedule of your clinicians we can certainly accommodate you getting all your appointments done in the one visit!

Yes, the clinics observe all public holidays and will be closed on the following days:

  • New Years Day
  • Australia Day (26th January)
  • Good Friday
  • Easter Monday
  • Anzac Day (25th April)
  • Queen/King’s Birthday
  • Christmas Day (25th December)
  • Boxing Day (26th December)

The clinic also has a Christmas shutdown period during the last week of December and the first week of January.
