An Exercise Physiologist is an allied health professional equipped with the knowledge and skills to design and deliver effective exercise interventions. Exercise physiology involves delivering specific exercises that align with best practice to aid in activities of daily living and to promote community participation.
We work with clients of all ages with varying progressive and non-progressive neurological conditions and injuries to develop strategies to help manage their disability through targeted exercise therapy.
Our Exercise Physiologists work with a range of different conditions including:

Step One
In your first session, one of our Exercise Physiologists will perform an initial assessment so that we can work out what your main movement difficulties are.
Step TWO
Together we will define what success looks like and develop a therapy plan.
Step THREE
Our therapists will work with you so that you develop skills to tackle the challenges in your everyday life. This might look like standing up from your chair, walking to your local café or going on a holiday!
Step FOUR
In time, we will review your goals together and celebrate how far you’ve come!

Continue to participate in everyday life with the support of the Mobi community behind you.
