About the successful candidate:
- Minimum qualifications include completion of at least a Bachelor of Applied Science in Speech Pathology degree, from an accredited University.
- Strong clinical experience – at least 1 year post graduate physiotherapy experience is preferred.
- Current registration with SPA, Working with Children Check, & NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current unrestricted driver’s licence and own vehicle required to provide home, school or community visits on occasion.
- Confident and effective communication skills with clients and fellow medical professionals.
- Demonstrate a high level of professional empathy towards clients and the ability to build strong rapport.
- Adherence to maintaining appropriate professional boundaries with clients and their families.
- Exhibit strong teamwork skills, showcasing the values required for seamless collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team to address a client’s needs.
