About the successful candidate:

  • Minimum qualifications include completion of at least a Bachelor of Applied Science in Speech Pathology degree, from an accredited University.
  • Strong clinical experience – at least 1 year post graduate physiotherapy experience is preferred.
  • Current registration with SPA, Working with Children Check, & NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Current unrestricted driver’s licence and own vehicle required to provide home, school or community visits on occasion.
  • Confident and effective communication skills with clients and fellow medical professionals.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professional empathy towards clients and the ability to build strong rapport.
  • Adherence to maintaining appropriate professional boundaries with clients and their families.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork skills, showcasing the values required for seamless collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team to address a client’s needs.
