Cindy is the operations manager who works behind the scenes to ensure things run efficiently and effectively. Cindy is dedicated to ensuring people can access quality healthcare and are given choice and control regarding their healthcare services.
Armed with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta, Canada, Cindy spent most of her career in the advertising industry working for TBWA Hong Kong and Australia as an Accounts Executive and an Executive Assistant. Dealing with the needs of various companies across the finance, lifestyle and sports industry has equipped her with the skills needed for liaising with the vast array of stakeholders within the healthcare industry.
Outside of work Cindy is a dedicated mum to three little ones who constantly keep her on her toes.
Andrew is the founder of Mobi Healthcare and Mobi Kids. His vision is to create a collaboration of health care professionals to improve the current model of healthcare and provide a high quality, community centred solution for allied healthcare needs.
Andrew has Bachelor degrees from UTS in Business (Management) and Computing Science as well as Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. He is currently an Honorary Clinical Lecturer at Macquarie University. He worked for many years in the banking/IT industry before his yearning to help others drove him to become a Physiotherapist. This combination of corporate experience and front-line healthcare has placed him perfectly to lead a high quality, progressive, results focused team driven to succeed in the crowded landscape of health care providers.
Andrew absolutely loves being a Physiotherapist and has developed a passion for neurological physiotherapy and working with those in the community suffering from a debilitating disease or illness. He is specially trained in a variety of conditions including traumatic and acquired brain injury, acute and chronic stroke as well as progressive neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease and multiple sclerosis.
In his spare time, Andrew loves to travel, play basketball and watch his kids play in their chosen sports.
Irene is our passionate head of client management. With care, constant communication and openness, Irene focuses on providing a guiding hand through the complexities of the health care system and assists in the provision of services required for each individual client.
She is a former registered nurse and holds an Associate Diploma of Business Management. She has worked in both the public sector with the Department of Aging, Disability and Home Care and in the private sector for over 30 years. Irene has also previously served as the Secretary for the Minister of Disability in NSW during her public sector tenure. During that time, she was exposed to the huge changes that have occurred within the industry and has been instrumental in facilitating trends in the market around service standards.
Irene brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from the disability services sector and remains a strong and well-respected advocate within the disability, mental health and child services community.
Outside of her work she loves spending her time on cruises and with her five beautiful grandkids.
Adela, a dedicated medical receptionist at Mobi Healthcare, takes pride in extending a warm smile and cordial welcome to all visitors. Adela prioritises fostering a friendly and professional atmosphere, always ready to address enquiries with care. Pursuing post-graduate studies in Psychology, Adela has a keen eye for detail and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service during your clinic visit.
Eva, is an important part of our medical reception team. She is the friendly voice on the phone and prides herself on making our clients feel comfortable and at ease when they visit our clinic. With a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Science under her belt she is currently undertaking further study to become an Occupational Therapist.
Enoch is the team leader of our adults physiotherapy division with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. Enoch is passionate about providing clients with an exceptional standard of care that is centred around their goals, and he steadfastly believes that a collaborative approach to treatment is the key for clients to live life to the fullest.
Enoch has a special interest in working with people who have sustained a stroke or
spinal cord injury. Enoch also has extensive experience working with progressive neurological conditions such as Huntington’s disease, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease, for which he has undergone further training particularly in treating clients who have undergone Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS).
When not at work, Enoch enjoys practising on the piano, long-distance running, going to church, and sightseeing!
Clement is a physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy. Alongside this degree, Clement also holds TAFE Certificates III and IV in Fitness. Clement is passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities to live a healthy and fulfilling life.
Clement has a breadth of experience across a range of sectors including disability, worker’s compensation, and sports physiotherapy. Clement employs a range of techniques to help his clients achieve their goals, including therapeutic exercise, strength and conditioning, dry needling, gait training and manual therapy.
In particular, Clement has special interest in working with Parkinson’s Disease and stroke, as well as shoulder, neck and lower back pain.
In his spare time, Clement enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, playing the guitar, going to church, and eating George’s Pizza.
Rosh is a physiotherapist who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. Rosh’s career began as a sports trainer working with a local soccer team, and has since spanned inpatient hospital rehabilitation, aged care and neurological rehabilitation.
Rosh’s experience spans spinal cord injuries, stroke, traumatic brain injury, dementia and orthopaedic rehabilitation. He also has experience in running falls prevention and pilates classes, and was part of a team that developed a COVID-19 treatment framework and patient education resources for Fairfield Hospital.
Rosh is passionate about promoting self-management and motivating his patients towards their goals. As such, he ensures his treatment strategies and education are centred around his patients. Rosh also has a strong focus on making sure exercise treatment for his patients is functional and replicates their everyday movements. He recognises that rehabilitation is never always smooth sailing and is committed to tailoring therapy according to fluctuations in his patients’ conditions.
Rosh has interest in men’s health, oncology, vestibular rehabilitation and neurological disorders. He has completed the Level 1 and 2 PD Warrior and has undergone further training in Bladder and Bowel conditions in neurological populations. Rosh runs our PD Move group class program for Parkinson’s clients with greater mobility demands.
When not in the clinic, Rosh enjoys day trips, listening to podcasts, and playing electric guitar.
Josephine is a dedicated physiotherapist who is passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential and enjoy life to the fullest. Josephine achieved her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. With a solid background in aged care, she has refined her approach to be patient-centred, with patience and active listening as the cornerstones of her practice.
Throughout her career, Josephine has developed a passion for working with people of all ages who have disabilities such as Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and cerebral palsy. She finds great fulfillment in celebrating every success and improvement with her clients and being a part of their journey. Her particular interests include dementia care and fall prevention, and since joining Mobi Healthcare, she has also developed a keen interest in hydrotherapy.
Outside of work, Josephine enjoys relaxing at home with a cup of tea and working on her mini-projects. She is always eager to try new things and discover new hobbies.
Taylor is an accredited exercise physiologist who holds a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science together with a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology. Taylor has a particular interest in neurological rehabilitation for long term conditions such as spinal cord injury, traumatic and acquired brain injury, multiple sclerosis, and cerebral palsy. Taylor loves getting to know her clients, so when you’re doing a session with Taylor you know you’re in for a great chat.
Prior to becoming an exercise physiologist, Taylor was an elite gymnast who competed in the trampoline event. Taylor went on to win 12 national titles and represent Australia in the Youth Olympics!
In her spare time, Taylor enjoys coastal walks, building furniture and playing with her two dogs.
Clare holds a Linguistics degree and has completed her Masters in Speech and Language Pathology in 2009 at Macquarie University. Clare is the Speech Pathology team leader and has since worked with people of all ages, with neurodiversity as well as individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities.
Clare’s main area of interest and specialisation is communication, specifically Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC). Try to get Clare to stop talking about those things! She places great importance on her clients having a voice to share not only their needs but their thoughts and opinions too. Clare has experience in both trial, implementation and funding support of both low tech AAC and high-tech speech generating devices, including eye-gaze devices.
Clare is highly experienced in dysphagia management and can provide assessment and mealtime management advice and plans that are considerate of the persons abilities and quality of life. Additionally, Clare can treat stuttering (fluency) and speech sound disorders such as apraxia, articulation and phonological disorders.
Outside of the awesome work leading the speech pathology team she loves making art, gardening, crocheting as well as playing soccer.
Rachel is a senior speech pathologist who completed her Bachelor of Applied Science in Speech Pathology in 2008 from the University of Sydney and is currently looking into a Research Masters in speech dysarthria post stroke. She has over 15 years of experience working with adults with communication and swallowing difficulties. After graduating, Rachel spent many years at the Cerebral Palsy Alliance prior to moving into the private hospital system, in both an acute and rehabilitation setting.
She has a passion and a keen interest in working with stroke survivors, people with neurodegenerative disease such as Parkinson’s disease and Huntington’s disease, traumatic and acquired brain injury as well as early onset dementia. She is Lee Silverman Voice Treatment Certified, a member of Speech Pathology Australia and is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist.
When not in the clinic, you can find Rachel in her sewing room making dresses and crocheting, coaching her daughter’s netball team, or doing the Husky Triathlon!
Clara is a Speech Pathologist with a keen focus on serving the ever-increasing need for speech therapy in the community since her graduation in 2014.
Her primary interest lies in collaborating closely with clients and their stakeholders, (I.e. families and support workers) to educate them with strategies to improve the client’s speech, language, and literacy needs. Clara firmly believes that she sees the greatest gains when a client’s stakeholders carryover the recommended strategies outside of their formal session.
Clara also holds special interests in working in early intervention and with children with various disabilities using Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) approaches, including both low-tech and high-tech methods. She is constantly seeking out learning opportunities, researching and upskilling to bring best practice strategies to her clients. Clara has a thorough understanding of the NDIS processes due to her experience working as an ECEI NDIS planner and is Hanen trained in the ‘It Takes Two to Talk’ program.
When not at work, Clara enjoys watching dramas, playing video games, traveling and trying new cuisines.
Gayathri is a speech pathologist who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology, and a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology. Alongside her degrees, Gayathri is also a certified practising member of Speech Pathology Australia, and is a Lee Silverman Voice Treatment Certified clinician.
Gayathri is passionate about working with geriatric and neurological populations, and has keen interest in treating voice disorders, dysphagia, and improving quality of life through modified diets. Gayathri also has a breadth of experience in helping people with Parkinson’s disease, stroke, and traumatic and acquired brain injury.
Gayathri is a firm believer in providing quality and evidence-based therapy care for her clients. She enjoys working collaboratively with clients and their families to enable meaningful and practical progress in achieving their communication goals.
Outside of Mobi, Gayathri loves cooking, playing badminton and going on scenic drives.
Kim completed her Masters degree in Speech Pathology at the University of Sydney in 2020. She provides services in speech, language, voice, fluency, literacy and social communication. Kim also has experience with swallowing difficulties and has recently expanded her training to include paediatric feeding.
Kim is committed to the collaborative approach which involves working closely with families, teachers, carers and other health professionals to provide a holistic approach to therapy. Kim values high clinical standards and always seeks to collaborate with others to deliver personalised interventions that are results driven and meaningful to clients.
Kim has completed training in ‘Sounds-Write’ (a literacy program) and ‘DIRFloortime,’ (an evidence-based approach that guides interventions for children with Autism). Kim is constantly looking to upskill her craft to provide effective therapy techniques to assist her client’s needs.
Outside of work Kim enjoys watching and playing sports, experiencing a beautiful coastal walk or reading a great novel.
Jasse holds a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy with honours from the University of Sydney, and has over 10 years of experience working in both the disability and hospital industry. Jasse specialises in physical disability requiring seating and wheelchair prescription, task retraining and upper limb therapy including neurological splinting and casting. She also has vast experience in delivering complex functional capacity assessments as well as SIL and SDA accommodation assessments.
She leads a high quality and patient centred Occupational Therapy team who aim to deliver exceptional service. Personally, she enjoys working with clients throughout their lifespan from pre-term infants to the geriatric population with a wide range of disability and neurodegenerative conditions.
Additionally, Jasse has been specific training in complex home modifications, The Co-Op approach, bimanual therapy and assessment for adaptive function.
When not at work you’ll probably find Jasse at pilates, ballroom dancing, or with her cat, Frankel.
Anna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and has a decade of experience working with physical, neurological and cognitive conditions in both inpatient and outpatient adult rehabilitation. Her last 5 years of experience has been working in the community, supporting functional assessments and therapy, equipment prescription and home modifications.
Anna enjoys working with various diagnoses and functional challenges, helping clients and families to achieve their occupational goals.
Outside the clinic, Anna loves going on adventures to different parks, visiting the theatre, and having a meal with family and friends.
Irvine completed his studies with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from Western Sydney University. He has experience working with a wide range of clients of different ages and diagnoses within the community setting. Irvine is passionate about supporting clients and their families to achieve their therapy goals and to facilitate their independence and capacity with their daily tasks. This can include self-care tasks such as dressing, feeding or domestic tasks such as scheduling, meal preparation and cleaning.
Irvine also has keen interest in assisting clients with their daily activities through the prescription of assistive technology devices such as wheelchairs, seating and positioning equipment through to daily living aids or recommendation of home modifications.
In his free time, Irvine enjoys playing sports, going to the beach and trying new foods.
