Bachelor of Health Sciences (Major in Movement Science); Masters of Physiotherapy
Kaitlin graduated from the University of Sydney with Honours Class I. She began her career working
in Westmead Hospital, gaining expertise in Orthopaedic, Respiratory, and Community
Physiotherapy. Following this, she entered the private sector to better pursue her passion for
musculoskeletal conditions and exercise, and as such has had the opportunity to work with a diverse
range of clients, including athletes, post-operative patients, occupational injury, disability.
Kaitlin believes strongly in the importance of a collaborative approach between clinician and patient.
She strives to provide holistic and personally tailored care to each individual, integrating elements of
strength and conditioning and specialised soft tissue techniques. Kaitlin understands the importance
of goal-centred treatment, and utilises a combination of education, manual therapy, and
rehabilitative exercise to help a patient reach their personal goals.
In addition, Kaitlin has completed post-graduate studies in Women’s Health and Continence
Physiotherapy. She is passionate about reducing the stigma associated with Pelvic Floor issues, and
helping both men and women suffering from bladder, bowel, sexual dysfunction, or pelvic pain. At
Mobi, she had had the pleasure of melding her experience in Pelvic Health with her treatment of
Neurological conditions to help address the growing prevalence of these conditions in this
population.
Outside of work, Kaitlin enjoys taking her two dogs to the beach and teaching her partner, Will, to
play tennis.
