Andrew Han

Andrew is the founder of Mobi Healthcare. His vision was to create a collaboration of health care professionals to disrupt the current model of healthcare and provide a flexible, community centred solution for allied healthcare needs.

Andrew has undergraduate degrees from UTS in Business (Management), Information Technology as well as Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. He is also an Honorary Clinical Lecturer at Macquarie University.

Andrew absolutely loves being a Physiotherapist and has developed a passion for Neurological physiotherapy and working with those in the community suffering from a debilitating disease or illness. He is specially trained in a variety of conditions including Traumatic Brain Injury,  Acute and Chronic Stroke as well as progressive neurological conditions such as Parkinson's Disease, Huntingtons and Multiple Sclerosis.

He also does Occupational Health consulting and has experience in setting up and running injury prevention programs, pre-employment screening protocols and complex return to work capacity assessments.

Amanda exudes a strong passion for providing clients with the highest quality of care. Her client centered approach is designed to be engaging and help each individual patient reach their desired goals. Through her previous experience at a rehabilitation hospital in Sydney, Amanda has gained a broad range of knowledge and vast clinical experience in neurological, orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.

A trained PD Warrior instructor, Amanda incorporates pilates, hydrotherapy, exercise prescription and soft tissue techniques in her holistic treatment plans that deliver long-lasting, life changing results.

Ankita contributes her  international experience and a strong pediatric background. Her approach to treatment is to build a good rapport and patient-therapist relationship allowing her to deliver high standards of patient centred care that make long lasting changes to their quality of life. While working in aged care and pediatric centres , renowned post surgical units, acute and rehab hospitals and clinics in Australia and India, Ankita’s passion and dedication was evident in the large impact she made in her patient’s lives and in her communities.

Amelia is a dedicated professional, with diverse and extensive experience across various hospital sectors that further Mobi’s mission of providing a flexible and community centred care.

With a vision to provide patients the optimal treatment, Amelia’s approach is one of patience and understanding, Prior to joining our team at Mobi Healthcare, Amelia’s focus has ranged from disability coaching, nursing home care, and multiple means of input in various hospital sectors. 

In her free time, she likes to involve herself with the community by undertaking voluntary work opportunities, practicing sports physiotherapy for rugby and volleyball teams across Sydney, while regularly playing volleyball at a competitive level herself.

Mike joined the Mobi Healthcare team with a mission to deliver his clients the utmost quality of care. He offers a wide-range of experience from hospital, aged care and private clinic settings as well as working in the community. Mike comes from a strong background in rehabilitation of Orthopedic, Neurological and Musculoskeletal conditions across all age groups. Over the last few years he has developed a strong interest in Vestibular rehabilitation and therapy and has undergone further studies to gain expertise in this area..

His go-to treatment plan involves education, exercise prescription and implements this with clients both in a land-based and a hydrotherapy setting. Mike strives to build a good rapport from the start in order to fully understand his client’s concerns and to better his treatment plan and goals specific to the client.

In his spare time, Mike enjoys catching some sun mountain biking or bouldering indoors.

Chantelle has a wide variety of experience working in pediatrics, intensive care, outpatient rehabilitation along with the aged care setting. Her passion has been in pediatrics and therapy with disability clients.

She has a strong belief that each client requires a personalised approach with unique characteristics. She has always enjoyed working with each client to ensure client-centric solutions tailored to their concerns and improving quality of life.

Kaitlin Christmas

Bachelor of Health Sciences (Major in Movement Science); Masters of Physiotherapy



Kaitlin graduated from the University of Sydney with Honours Class I. She began her career working

in Westmead Hospital, gaining expertise in Orthopaedic, Respiratory, and Community

Physiotherapy. Following this, she entered the private sector to better pursue her passion for

musculoskeletal conditions and exercise, and as such has had the opportunity to work with a diverse

range of clients, including athletes, post-operative patients, occupational injury, disability.

Kaitlin believes strongly in the importance of a collaborative approach between clinician and patient.

She strives to provide holistic and personally tailored care to each individual, integrating elements of

strength and conditioning and specialised soft tissue techniques. Kaitlin understands the importance

of goal-centred treatment, and utilises a combination of education, manual therapy, and

rehabilitative exercise to help a patient reach their personal goals.

In addition, Kaitlin has completed post-graduate studies in Women’s Health and Continence

Physiotherapy. She is passionate about reducing the stigma associated with Pelvic Floor issues, and

helping both men and women suffering from bladder, bowel, sexual dysfunction, or pelvic pain. At

Mobi, she had had the pleasure of melding her experience in Pelvic Health with her treatment of

Neurological conditions to help address the growing prevalence of these conditions in this

population.

Outside of work, Kaitlin enjoys taking her two dogs to the beach and teaching her partner, Will, to

play tennis.

Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) with Honours.

Jasse joins the Mobi Healthcare team while continuing to work for NSW Health, since 2012, serving both the public and community sectors of health. Jasse specialises in physical disability requiring seating and wheelchair prescription, task retraining and upper limb therapy including neurological splinting and casting.  She enjoys working with clients throughout the lifespan from pre-term infants to the geriatric population.

Additionally, Jasse has been trained in a variety of assessments and intervention including baby and toddler development, paediatric constraint induced movement therapy, bimanual therapy and assessing adaptive function.

Before joining Mobi, Adam was working with seniors who experience various physical and cognitive impairments in the community and the aged care setting. Adam has maintained great rapport with clients from culturally diverse backgrounds and he is familiar with conducting functional & cognitive assessments, equipment prescriptions and falls prevention.

Adam has a specific interest in the area of physical disabilities, he is passionate about assisting clients to enhance their independence as well as health and wellbeing.

Clare has over 10 years experience working with people of all ages with physical and intellectual disabilities. She is a passionate Speech Pathologist who develops a keen interest in her clients journey towards a better life. This passion for wanting to make a positive change in peoples lives and her experience in facilitating this change align well with Mobi Healthcare's culture.

She has worked with clients with difficulties in swallowing, speech, language and fluency. Clare has a special interest in assessment and interventions with Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC). This may include KeyWord Sign, low tech picture symbols or highly specialised hi-tech communication devices.

Clara is a certified Speech Pathologist who aims to provide an individualised and person-centered intervention approach with her clients.

Beyond her Masters, Clara has extensive experience working with both a pediatric and adult population in private practice, disability, hospital, nursing home and school settings. Her methods also incorporate Alternative Augmentative Communication (AAC), an approach used to enhance her clients’ communication skills.

Clara has a thorough understanding of the NDIS processes due to her experience working as an ECEI NDIS planner and is Hanen trained in the ‘It Takes Two to Talk’ program.

Rachel has over 10 year's experience working with adults with communication and swallowing difficulties. After graduating Rachel spent many years at the Cerebral Palsy Alliance prior to moving into the private hospital system, in both an acute and rehabilitation setting.

She has passion and a keen interest in working with stroke survivors, people with Parkinson's Disease, traumatic and acquired brain injury as well as early onset dementia. She is Lee Silverman Voice Treatment Certified, a member of Speech Pathology Australia and is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist

Ashley is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a passion for helping clients realise their full potential when it comes to health and physical ability. Ashley has both a Masters and Bachelor Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and is always eager to encourage and motivate clients to reach their goals. She focuses on improving the function of her clients by prescribing simple, achievable, and regular exercises. Ashley has worked as an Exercise Physiologist in private practice, medical centres, hospitals and large corporations.

Ashley has experience working across a wide range of disabilities and neurological conditions. Her enthusiasm and positivity mindset brings out the best in her clients achieving goals that clients often deemed unattainable.

Fiona is an experienced and enthusiastic Exercise Physiologist who has worked across a diverse range of environments including a private chronic disease management clinic, aged care facility, gym environment and return to work rehabilitation office. She specialises in chronic disease management, musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation and neurological therapy and rehabilitation.



Her empathic and understanding nature mean that she is able to build a strong rapport with her neurological and disability clients and drive better than expected outcomes.

Peter is fascinated with the human potential and is dedicated in creating positive changes in the lives of the youth, seniors, people with disabilities and chronic illnesses, injured workers - all who need a boost to leading a happier and deeply satisfying way of life. His professional mission is to use his knowledge of the transformative power of exercise to help individuals reach their highest potential so they can live life to the fullest and be of highest service to their families and the broader community.

His vast experience spans holistic exercise and lifestyle practices from treating people affected with chronic diseases to elite athletes.

Having supported his father with Multiple Sclerosis over the years, it has given Daniel a keen interest and understanding of neurological conditions and how best to approach and support those in similar positions. He is highly focused on providing a service to best suit the client while applying his knowledge to ensure a safe, enjoyable and effective exercise interventions.

Beyond his accreditations, Daniel is also undertaking further study to become a Paramedic. He is currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science (Paramedicine) at Western Sydney University.

Community Relationship Manager

Registered Nurse; Associate Diploma of Business Management.

Irene has brought this wealth of knowledge and experience into the disability services sector and remains a strong and well respected advocate for the consumer market within disability, mental health and children's services.

Actively involved in the sectors of disability, mental health and children's services for over 30 years, Irene has served as the Secretary for the Minister of Disability in NSW for many years. During that time, she was also exposed to the climate change within the industry and has been instrumental in facilitating trends in the market around service standards.

With care, constant communication and openness, Irene now focuses on providing a guiding hand through the complexities of the NDIS and assists in the provision of services required for each individual client.

Cindy is the office manager and friendly voice on the phone that you will most likely have the pleasure to talk to. Previously, Cindy spent the majority of her career in the advertising industry working for TBWA Hong Kong and Australia as an Executive Assistant. Outside of work Cindy is a dedicated mum to 3 little ones who keep her on her toes.
